Edwin Watts Golf, part of the Worldwide Golf family, is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Lexington, KY store. The role focuses on customer-first service and maintaining brand standards while leading a team to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

You will manage product education, merchandising, and operations, promote the company values, and develop staff through coaching and training. This full-time position offers growth within a national golf retail network.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail management experience OR experience working in the golf industry is required.
• A strong golf background is preferred, but not required if candidate has extensive retail management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values and the Sure No Problem philosophy.
• Educate customers on all golf products and offerings; maintain product knowledge across the range.
• Control shrink and expenses; ensure the sales floor is stocked, signed, and merchandised to brand standards.
