Edwin Watts Golf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead a store team and uphold the “Sure No Problem” customer-first approach. You will drive daily operations, mentor staff, and promote brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail management or golf-industry experience; a strong golf background is preferred but not required with relevant management expertise. Competitive benefits accompany full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or golf industry experience.
• Strong golf background preferred but not required if candidate has extensive retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Execute day-to-day plans and strategies with the Store Manager.
• Educate customers on all golf products and offerings.
• Control shrink and expenses; ensure floor is stocked and merch is displayed to brand standards.
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising programs and floor moves.
• Ensure policy compliance through meetings, audits, and store walk-throughs.
• Monitor communications tools and adjust schedules to manage workload.
• Build Edwin Watts Golf brand presence in the local golf community.
• Respond to negative customer experiences and coach employees.
• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
