Job summary

Destination Geneva National in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin seeks a Golf Operations Intern for the 2027 season. The role offers hands-on golf operations experience, including tee times, cart setup, merchandising, and guest services under PGA staff mentorship.

On-property housing is available, with five- to six-month internship options. Ideal candidates are pursuing Golf Course Management and have basic computer skills and golf knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer college studies in Golf Course Management (PGM or GEM).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of golf is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to resort patrons, members and guests.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for check-ins, merchandise sales, and tee-times.
• Assist with guest check-in/fee collection with pros and starters.
• Help with outing and tournament setup and outside services.
• Support inventory control and merchandising.
