Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain the venue, check guests in, and provide play tools; answer questions.
• Serve beverages including alcohol, beer, wine, and ice cream; assist with retail.
• Keep the golf shop stocked and organized; maintain cleanliness.
• Handle cash/credit, balance drawers, and use POS with security.
• Collaborate to ensure a memorable guest experience; assist with play and app guidance.
• Work indoors and outdoors; perform other duties as assigned.
