Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior guest service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (in a high-volume environment).
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, and provide tools to play; answer questions.
• Serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop fully stocked.
• Remove trash and keep golf shop and courses organized.
• Ensure cleanliness of golf courses and shop areas, restrooms included.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and manage payments via POS.
• Collaborate with team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and PopStroke app.
