Job summary

PopStroke is hiring a customer-focused Guest Services team member to join our golf shop. You will welcome guests, assist with play, explain venue details and operate the point-of-sale system.

This non-exempt, hourly role offers tips and requires weekend and holiday availability. You’ll work in both indoor and outdoor settings, delivering friendly service and helping guests create memorable experiences at our venues.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Available weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, equip guests with tools to play, and answer questions.
• Serve beverages and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop fully stocked and clean.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately using POS system.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
