Job summary

PopStroke in the United States is hiring for a guest-focused team member in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will welcome guests, guide them through the venue, and assist with beverage service and retail purchases.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and POS system experience, with emphasis on delivering a memorable guest experience across indoor and outdoor environments. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior POS system experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain the venue, check guests in, and equip them with play tools.
• Serve beverages and assist guests with retail purchases at the golf counter.
• Maintain the golf shop stock and cleanliness across the golf courses.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
• Work indoors and outdoors, with other duties as assigned.
