JDM Golf Club in Wigwam Golf Club, Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services role. You will greet guests, assist with tee times, monitor pace of play, and maintain course safety and cleanliness throughout shifts on weekdays and weekends.

The position emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and reliable schedule adherence in a fast-paced golf course environment. A valid driver's license and ability to operate a golf cart are required.

Qualifications

• High school / GED required.
• Minimum one year of participation in golf on recreational basis.
• Previous customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor pace of play and golf etiquette on the course.
• Assist with events, bag handling, and player shuttling as needed.
• Maintain course cleanliness and safety, report hazards to management.
• Operate golf carts and communicate via radio with staff.
• Support other departments and attend trainings as scheduled.
