Job summary

JDM Golf at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part Time Player Ambassador/Starter to welcome guests, manage pace of play, and enforce course rules with a focus on safety and exceptional guest experiences. The role requires standing for long periods, operating a golf cart, and strong communication with staff.

Qualifications

• High school / GED. Minimum one (1) year of participation in the game of golf on a recreational basis.
• Previous experience in a customer-service-related position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and start/monitor course play.
• Observe pace of play and assist with etiquette and guest experience.
• Assist with course-care tasks and safety on the course.
• Communicate with Golf Shop staff via radio for tee time changes and updates.
• Support event/tournament activities and cross-departmental needs.
