JDM Golf at Wigwam Golf Club seeks a Part-Time team member to enhance guest experiences on the course. You will greet guests, provide scorecards, and help maintain pace of play while ensuring safety and enjoyment for all players.

The role requires high school or GED, good communication, and reliable delivery of customer-service duties, including operating golf carts and using the radio to coordinate with staff.

Qualifications

• High school / GED required.
• Minimum one year of participation in golf on a recreational basis.
• Previous experience in a customer-service-related position.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, distribute items like scorecards and pencils.
• Monitor pace of play and assist with course etiquette and golfer experience.
• Drive and monitor golf carts; communicate with Golf Shop staff via radio.
• Assist with events, bag labeling, and transporting golfers as needed.
• Perform course-care routines and maintain cleanliness around the course.
