Job summary

JDM Golf LLC in Arizona is seeking a Golf Shop Assistant/Reservationist to deliver exceptional guest service at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix. You will assist with check-in, tee-time reservations, retail sales, and daily golf operations in a busy shop environment.

This role involves handling POS transactions, answering inquiries, merchandising, and supporting events or tournaments while maintaining a welcoming shop atmosphere. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Attending or graduating from High school / GED; minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a golf environment.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced golf shop setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team-mates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist golfing and non-golfing guests in a professional manner.
• Check in guests for tee times and assist with daily golf operations.
• Answer guest questions regarding the golf course, amenities, merchandise, and services.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain shop appearance, stock merchandise, and support events as needed.
