Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from Golf Accounts and Consumers.
• Respond to product questions and set up return authorizations for warranty and non-warranty issues.
• Build relationships with accounts and consumers by exceeding expectations.
• Manage about 100 incoming calls per day.
• Explain features and benefits of product lines.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide application assistance by phone or email.
• Stay updated on industry news and trends.
• Use Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook, and intranet tools to multitask.
• Participate in special projects and training as assigned.
• Operate office equipment as needed.
