Job summary

Auxillium LLC is seeking a Consumer Support Representative to join our golf-focused customer service team on-site in the United States. You will handle golf accounts and consumer inquiries, set up return authorizations, and provide product guidance and troubleshooting over phone and email.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in golf-related customer service or technical support, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Two years of golf experience required.
• Customer service experience in golf industry or game preferred.
• Technical support or application support knowledge is a plus.
• Technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices (iOS).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls from Golf Accounts and Consumers.
• Respond to product questions and arrange return authorizations for warranty issues.
• Build relationships with accounts and customers by exceeding expectations on every call.
• Process an average of ~100 calls per day while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.
• Explain features/benefits of product lines and assist with installation and application issues.
