Job summary

Auxillium is seeking a Customer Support Golf Representative to handle a high volume of incoming calls from Golf Accounts and Consumers, respond to product questions, and set up return authorizations for warranty issues.

You will build relationships with accounts, troubleshoot product installations by phone or email, and use Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook, and intranet tools to stay organized and informed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of golf experience.
• Customer service experience in golf preferred.
• Knowledge of technical support or gaming is helpful.
• Proficiency with computers and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from golf accounts and consumers.
• Respond to product questions and set up return authorizations for warranty issues.
• Build and foster relationships with accounts and consumers by exceeding expectations.
• Manage 100+ calls per day and explain features of product lines.
• Troubleshoot product installation and provide application assistance via phone or email.
• Stay updated on industry trends and utilize Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook, and intranet tools.
• Take on special projects and training with thoroughness and accuracy.
