Job summary

Invited is hiring an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction. You will operate machinery, assist with grounds construction, and help ensure the course is kept to the club’s high standards.

Reporting to the Equipment Manager, you will conduct daily inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in ensuring a safe, respectful environment for players and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of equipment operation in golf course or landscaping.
• Minimum 1 year with maintenance equipment, parts and repair basics.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance machinery and light equipment daily.
• Perform equipment inspections and safe storage after use.
• Assist in grading, soil prep, sod laying and seeding as directed.
• Maintain ball washers, water features and bunkers; keep areas clean.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to team operations.
