Invited Clubs is seeking an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction. You will operate machinery, assist with grounds construction, and help ensure the course meets the highest standards for play and guest experience.

The role involves daily equipment checks, fueling, and safe handling of tools, with opportunities to contribute to greens, tees, and fairways, while maintaining a professional club environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year operating equipment in golf course or landscaping environments.
• Hands-on experience with golf course maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to mow golf course areas including greens, slopes, collars, and tees.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and function.
• Wash, fuel, and store equipment after use and keep gear out of active play areas.
• Assist in preparing sand bunkers and maintaining greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Schedule and coordinate tasks to help maintain course quality and play readiness.
