Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain golf course grounds and support construction projects. You will operate mowers and related machinery, perform daily inspections, and help prepare greens and tees for daily play.

The role requires reliable outdoor work, safety awareness, and teamwork in a dynamic club environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to upholding Invited’s standards of

Qualifications

1 year of experience operating equipment on a golf course or landscaping setting.
1 year hands-on experience with golf course maintenance equipment, including parts and upkeep requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate powered equipment to mow golf course areas including greens, slopes, collars, roughs, and tees.
Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checklists.
Wash, fuel, and store equipment; keep field of play free of debris and noise.
Assist in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways through grading and soil prep.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism in interactions with staff and members.
