Job summary

Invited is seeking an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction tasks. You will operate machinery, perform groundskeeping duties, and help prepare greens, tees, and fairways to the club’s high standards.

Under supervision, you will conduct safety checks, perform daily equipment inspections, and assist in building new play areas while maintaining a respectful environment for players and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience operating equipment on golf courses or landscaped areas.
• Experience with multiple golf course maintenance machines and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to mow greens, slopes, roughs, and tees.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily for safety and performance.
• Wash, fuel, and store equipment after use.
• Maintain course aesthetics by performing general groundswork and planting.
• Assist in construction/renovation of greens, tees, and fairways.
