Job summary

Invited is seeking an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction across our clubs. You will operate powered equipment to mow greens, tees, and fairways, inspect and maintain machinery, and assist with landscaping tasks to keep the course in top condition.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on equipment operation in golf or landscaping, knowledge of maintenance gear, and a willingness to work outdoors year-round. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating equipment on a golf course or landscaping environment.
• Hands-on experience with golf course maintenance equipment, including understanding parts and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment to mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and safe, proper use of tools.
• Prepare sand bunkers and maintain course features as directed.
• Water, fertilize and assist in landscaping and construction tasks as needed.
• Assist in building and maintaining greens, tees and fairways.
