Job summary

Invited is seeking an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction, using a range of machinery and tools to keep the course in top condition.

You will perform daily equipment inspections, wash and fuel gear, water greens and tees, grade soil, lay sod, seed playing surfaces, and assist with new greens and fairways while upholding safety and professionalism. This is outdoor, year-round work requiring reliability and teamwork to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating equipment in a golf course or landscaping environment.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with various maintenance equipment and understanding replacement parts, supplies, and resources for upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to mow golf course areas including greens, slopes, roughs, and tees.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and checklists for safety and functionality.
• Wash, fuel, and store equipment; keep gear out of play and minimize noise.
• Prepare sand bunkers and maintain course features; grade and plant as needed.
• Water greens, tees, fairways, and roughs; lay sod and seed surfaces.
• Change cups and move tee markers; maintain ball washers and water features.
