Job summary

Invited is seeking an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction. You will operate machinery for groundskeeping, assist with semi-skilled construction, and help ensure the course meets top standards for play and aesthetics.

Daily duties include equipment inspections, safe operation, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing club operations support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating equipment in a golf course or landscaping environment is required.
• Hands-on experience with various golf course maintenance equipment and parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to mow golf course areas including greens, slopes, collars, roughs, and tees.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and checklists for safety and function.
• Wash, fuel, and store equipment after use and keep tools out of playing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of ball washers, water coolers, hazards, and bunkers.
• Assist in constructing greens, tees, and fairways by grading and soil preparation.
