Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Club Services Associate in Georgia to perform club services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements, and front-end duties like returns and promotions, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will diagnose club issues, explain repair options and timelines, document service orders, and maintain a premier store presentation within a safety-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.
• Execute all Club Services (re-gripping, re-shafting, loft/lie measurements).
• Run front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions).
• Maintain premiere merchandise presence to drive sales and customer experience.
• Keep Club Services Desk and surrounding area clean and professional.
• Provide clear repair options, costs, and timelines to customers.
