Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore seeks a Club Services Associate to expertly perform golf club repairs (re‑gripping, re‑shafting, loft and lie adjustments) and manage front-end tasks, returns, and promotions. You will diagnose issues, quote options, and document orders to support inventory accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear communication
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in retail materials handling or club repair preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver world-class service using PGATSS behaviors
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Execute Club Services (re-gripping, re-shafting, loft/lie measurements) accurately
• Handle Front-End operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions)
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation and strong customer experience
• Document repair orders and communicate options, costs, and timelines clearly
• Maintain Club Services Desk area in a clean, professional state
• Report opportunities to improve operations and merchandising
