Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in the United States is seeking a Club Services Associate to join our team. You will perform club services, assist customers, and help maintain a premier store presentation while supporting inventory processes.

You will diagnose club issues, communicate repair options and timelines, and handle front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions. A high school diploma and 2+ years in retail or club repair are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling or club repair preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform club services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Handle front-end operations like returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation to boost sales and customer experience.
• Diagnose club issues and communicate repair options and timelines.
• Document service orders and support inventory management.
• Keep Club Services Desk clean and professional and ensure safety.
