Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to customers using PGATSS behaviors.
• Perform Club Services: re-gripping, re-shafting, loft & lie measurements.
• Handle front-end operations: returns, exchanges, promotions, loyalty awards.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation to drive sales.
• Diagnose and communicate repair options, costs, and timelines.
• Document service orders and track progress in the app.
• Ensure safety and ethical conduct in all duties.
