Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Club Services Associate to deliver world-class customer service and perform golf club maintenance including re-gripping and loft/lie adjustments. You will process returns and exchanges, manage promotions, and help maintain an outstanding store presentation.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills, with 2+ years in retail or club service preferred. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Communication: strong listening and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
• Organization: able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world class service using service behaviors.
• Perform Club Services such as Re-gripping, Re-shafting, Loft & Lie measurements/adjustments.
• Handle Front-End operations: returns, exchanges, rewards, discounts, promotions.
• Maintain premiere merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure Club Services and Front-End areas and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Communicate repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Document repair orders and track progress for inventory management.
