Job summary

Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. d/b/a PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Club Services Associate for Charlotte. You will perform club services including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and handle front-end duties like returns and promotions, while delivering world-class customer experiences.

You will diagnose issues, communicate repair timelines, document service orders, and maintain safe, organized work and sales areas as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Focus on building lasting relationships that keep the Customer coming back.
• Executing all Club Services such as Re-gripping, Re-shafting, Loft & Lie measurements / adjustments, etc.
• Executing all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.
• Assist in keeping Front-End and Services merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.
• Ensure all Club Services and Front-End areas, equipment, and supplies are always maintained and operational.
• Provide exceptional Customer service by communicating repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to Customers.
• Assess & diagnose issues with golf clubs, including shafts, grips, & heads to determine necessary repairs.
• Document repair orders, track work progress, and maintain accurate records of services performed for Customer reference through the Golf & Tennis Services App.
