PGA TOUR Superstore in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories, driving sales and delivering world-class service.

You will assist with front-end operations, club fittings, and maintain premiere merchandise presentation while collaborating with teammates. Flexibility and a strong customer focus are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service using PGA TOUR Superstore standards.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) and maintain visual stock levels.
• Support front-end operations including returns, exchanges, and promotions as needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting and shaft/grip selection.
• Keep Hard Goods areas clean, organized, and well-presented for customers.
