Qualifications

• Strong listening and verbal/written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling or club repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Club Services like re-gripping and re-shafting with accuracy.
• Perform loft/lie measurements and front-end operations (returns, promotions).
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain repair options clearly.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked front-end and club-service areas.
• Document service orders and track progress for inventory control.
