Job summary

Five Iron Golf Cincinnati LLC is seeking morning and afternoon Golf Attendants to deliver exceptional hospitality in a vibrant golf entertainment venue. You will welcome guests, take orders at the bar, and guide players through our golf simulators while maintaining fast, friendly service.

As a part-time Guest Services specialist, you will upsell, manage food and beverage service, handle POS transactions, and keep the facility clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is encouraged but not required.
• Positive attitude and upbeat energy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience.
• Check in with guests at the bar and simulators to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of golf simulators to guide gameplay and explain data outputs.
• Assist with golf bag storage, equipment handling, and basic simulator maintenance.
• Sell and cross-sell across offerings using product knowledge.
• Provide informative tours of the facility.
• Enter orders and process payments at POS terminals.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of simulators and surrounding areas.
