Job summary

Five Iron Golf in the United States welcomes Guest Services Specialists, known as Golf Attendants, to deliver exceptional hospitality at our venues featuring golf simulators. You will learn our systems, greet guests by name, and guide them through gameplay and data outputs to enhance their experience.

We seek energetic, team-oriented individuals who can work mornings or afternoons in a fast-paced environment. This part-time, non-exempt role offers tips and includes benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude and customer focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain proper licensing/certifications for the location.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
• Take ownership of the overall guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Develop knowledge of golf simulators to guide guests in gameplay and explain outputs.
• Assist in organizing golf bag storage, equipment, and basic simulator maintenance.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, and memberships; use to sell across offerings.
• Provide informative, engaging tours of the facility.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with Guests and address concerns.
• Check in with guests throughout bookings to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness; verify guests' legal drinking age.
