Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking energetic Golf Attendants to welcome guests, guide them through golf simulators, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced facility. You’ll upsell memberships, lessons, and food/beverage options while ensuring a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

Part-time, mornings and afternoons, with pay at $22/hour plus tips. Training in safety and product knowledge is provided; experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is a plus but not required.
• Strong upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain any location-specific licensing and certifications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and ensure a fun experience.
• Check in with guests at the bar and simulators to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Develop knowledge of golf simulators to guide gameplay and explain data outputs.
• Assist with golf bag storage, equipment handling, and basic simulator maintenance.
• Sell across offerings using product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide informative tours of the facility and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
