Job summary

Five Iron Golf Baltimore LLC is seeking morning/afternoon Golf Attendants to deliver friendly, hospitality-driven service in a fast-paced, welcoming venue. As a Golf Attendant you will guide guests through simulators, manage equipment, upsell offerings, and ensure a safe, enjoyable visit.

This part-time, non-exempt position pays $15 per hour plus tips and includes health and other benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf, hospitality, or service preferred but not required.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
• Take ownership of the overall guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Develop knowledge of golf simulators to guide guests in gameplay and data outputs.
• Assist in organizing golf bag storage and equipment; perform basic simulator maintenance.
• Acquire knowledge of products and services to confidently upsell offerings.
• Provide informative tours of the facility.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with Guests.
• Check in with Guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age.
