Job summary

Five Iron Golf Philadelphia LLC is seeking morning/afternoon Guest services specialists, known as Golf Attendants, to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Philadelphia venue. Golf Attendants are people-oriented, learn the golf simulators, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, guiding gameplay, upselling offerings, and maintaining clean, guest-ready simulators and dining areas. The role reports to the GM of Performance and supports a diverse team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and ensure a fun, enjoyable experience.
• Check in with guests at the bar and simulators to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Develop knowledge of golf simulators to guide gameplay and explain outputs.
• Assist with organization of golf bags and maintenance of simulators.
• Sell and cross-sell products and services using knowledge of offerings.
• Provide informative tours of the facility.
• Follow service scripts and upsell food and beverage items.
