Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path delivery platform. You will architect centralized CI/CD templates, enable universal pipelines, and ensure all builds meet rigorous security and operational readiness standards for public-health software across the US.

This fully remote role requires deep AWS/EKS, GitOps, IaC, and AI infrastructure experience, plus the ability to automate gates, auditing, and telemetry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with CI/CD standardization.
• Experience designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automating software delivery.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise (AWS EKS, container networking, pod security).
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python for internal tooling and automation.
• Practical experience with GitOps and automated canary deployments (Argo Rollouts).
• Solid IaC experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Familiar with security tooling integrated into deployment workflows (Trivy, Snyk, SonarQube).

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the Golden Path delivery platform and CI/CD templates.
• Build and maintain universal pipelines that abstract underlying infra for developers.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts and canary strategies.
• Automate security gates and compliance reporting within pipelines.
• Embed OpenTelemetry instrumentation for observability and metrics.
• Design and operate self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, compliant delivery.
