Job summary

STChealth seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path deployment platform, bridging modern pipelines with existing systems. You will build automated, secure, self-service delivery with strict operational readiness and security gates, enabling teams to ship compliant code effortlessly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design experience.
• Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) with security-focused delivery.
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and automated canary deployments.
• Proficient with C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling and automation.
• Solid IaC skills with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Hands-on in AI infrastructure and agentic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the Golden Path delivery engine and centralized CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect, implement, and maintain reusable pipeline templates across GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.
• Design modular release architecture with universal scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Kargo and canary rollouts (Argo Rollouts) to EKS.
• Develop automated VM/images pipelines (Packer) and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Provide pre-configured scaffolding and IaC modules for autonomous service creation within guardrails.
• Integrate DevSecOps gates: SAST/DSC, container image hygiene, and credential leakage prevention.
• Automate compliance artifacts and audit trails for SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and gov audits.
• Manage secrets governance via ESO (AWS Secrets Manager/Parameter Store) with least-privilege IAM.
