Job summary

STChealth LLC is hiring a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path delivery platform. You will architect universal CI/CD pipelines, implement secure gates, and bridge modern cloud-native tooling with legacy production systems to maintain rigorous DevSecOps standards.

You will build automated artifact generation, tracing, and telemetry while enabling self-service scaffolding for teams within strict guardrails and PHI/PII redaction controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD pipeline design experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise including security, networking, and Helm lifecycle management.
• Practical GitOps experience with ArgoCD/Flux and automated canary deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain centralized CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build a modular release architecture for universal scanning, downstream delivery targets, and GitOps promotion (ArgoCD/Kargo).
• Develop automated security gates, SAST/DAST checks, and compliance artifacts for SOC 2/HIPAA audits.
