Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) seeks a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute market entry strategies for new products and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and scalable operations across remote settings.

You will shape messaging, campaigns, channels, and tools, driving demand and enabling sales with compelling assets, references, and procurement support, while translating feedback into actionable GTM decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related roles.
• Experience launching new products and establishing repeatable GTM approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan with targets and milestones.
• Refine positioning, messaging, buyer value propositions, and differentiators.
• Plan market activation and demand-gen using campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Develop sales enablement resources including references, case studies, and RFP support.
• Translate market feedback into GTM decisions and adjust programs as needed.
• Define resource needs and manage agencies/partners across stakeholders.
• Establish measures and rhythms to evaluate GTM performance and optimize.
