• 10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a collaborative business partner to identify and mitigate risk in product lifecycle and commercialization activities.
• Negotiate and review contracts for ecosystem partners (resellers, software licensing).
• Support development of new and enhanced solutions with customer-facing terms.
• Coordinate due diligence with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Train and prepare commercial attorneys to support new solutions.
