Qualifications

• J.D. and active state Bar membership with 10+ years in product lifecycle/commercialization.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (10+ years).
• HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Innovation, Partnerships and Ecosystem teams to manage risk.
• Negotiate and review ecosystem contracts (reseller, software licensing).
• Develop customer-facing terms for new offerings.
• Support due diligence across stakeholders for new solutions.
• Coordinate IP reviews with outside counsel.
• Train commercial attorneys to support new solutions.
• Create scalable processes, templates, playbooks, and governance.
• Lead and motivate attorneys and legal professionals.
