DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a diverse team and optimize warehouse operations. You will drive labor planning, standardize processes, and implement best practices to improve productivity while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role involves partnering with HR and site leadership for hiring, coordinating with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics for decision-making.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
