DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a multi-site team, drive go-live readiness, and optimize warehouse operations. You will guide supervision, implement efficient processes, and ensure safety and productive collaboration across teams.

In this role, expect significant travel (50-75%) to customer sites, a national salary range of $85,000–$100,000, and opportunities to influence operations and customer satisfaction within a global contract logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans to boost productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Prepare reports on KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates for transparency.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to hiring Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
