Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. seeks a Go Live Engineer to join our technical team, supporting Azure Virtual Desktop deployments, troubleshooting, and demonstrations for partners and customers across the Western Time Zones.

You will work closely with Partner Sales Managers, Support Engineers, and product teams to deploy solutions, improve tools, and deliver successful go-lives that drive customer success and MRR growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to demo and troubleshoot technical solutions for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Nerdio solutions for customers and partners.
• Conduct technical demos and troubleshoot go-live issues.
• Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers and Support Engineers to ensure successful implementations.
• Help enhance tools, processes, and documentation for go-live activities.
• Contribute to metrics and knowledge base for go-lives and MRR goals.
