Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a Go Live Engineer to join our technical team. You will deploy and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop environments, coordinate with partners, and deliver technical demos for customers across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with AVD deployments and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft networking and AD services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with high-urgency delivery and technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partner Sales Managers to support Microsoft channel partners and MSPs.
• Assist partners with their initial account implementations.
• Aid fellow engineers with trouble tickets and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate to maintain and enhance tools and processes.
• Contribute to knowledge base and product documentation.
• Contribute to product enhancements and new features.
• Help track go-live, partner implementation, and MRR metrics.
