Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go and solid working knowledge to complete tasks independently.
• Experience building or working with authorization or identity systems.
• Comfort navigating an existing codebase and proposing improvements.
• A quality mindset with emphasis on testing and maintainability.
• Strong communication and ability to share progress and blockers.
• Collaborative approach and constructive team participation.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within your team's codebase.
• Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects from planning through to completion.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch support.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to evolving testing strategies.
• Document work clearly and share context for review and support.
• Provide thoughtful code reviews to improve quality and team delivery.
• Collaborate with customer support and partners to investigate issues and prioritize feedback.
