Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, development, release, and customer support for features.
• Develop and implement testing strategies; write unit and integration tests; document work.
• Submit well-documented merge requests and follow patterns/best practices.
• Participate in RFCs/RFDs, code reviews, and peer feedback.
• Empower support to handle tough issues and improve customer outcomes.
• Engage in team refinement, prioritization, and estimation.
