Job summary

SAB BIO is seeking a Warehouse Operations (Ops) & Inventory Associate to manage receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials to support R&D, GMP warehousing, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure traceability, proper documentation, and safe warehouse operations in a dynamic biotech environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse or supply chain, plus a valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

High School diploma equivalent required, or 2 yr community college degree preferred.
1–3 years in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience required.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Experience in a cGMP manufacturing or biotech environment preferred; knowledge of FDA guidelines a plus.
Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems desirable.
Experience safely handling biological or related materials required.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, consumables, lab supplies, and other goods.
Verify shipments against PO and packing slips; inspect for damage or discrepancies.
Perform incoming quality checks; ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Identify and segregate non-conforming or damaged materials.
