Job summary

Sentry BioPharma Services Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform essential operations tasks in our active facility, including shipping/receiving, WMS inventory management, and labor-hour tracking. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, 1–3 years of warehouse experience (pharma a plus), WMS familiarity, and the ability to operate forklifts and packaging equipment. Join us for a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience required; 3–5 years in pharma a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDOCP regulations is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts, walkie riders and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer shipments per SOP/COP.
• Receive material per SOP/COP.
• Operate forklifts, walkie riders and packaging equipment.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and log labor hours.
• Use RF guns for accurate material movement and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; respond to after-hours calls.
