Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is hiring a Materials Management Associate Level Two (MMII) in San Diego, CA. The role supports GMP materials receipt, storage, and movement, working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment to assist internal departments and sites.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Ability to follow direction with/without supervision.
• Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines or as a team member.
• Ability to apply fundamental inventory control concepts to accomplish difficult tasks.
• Experience in utilizing software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proven track record of problem solving and cross functional teamwork.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management and processing of GMP materials.
• Maintain knowledge of required SOPs and training curriculum.
• Perform materials management functions such as receiving, inventory control, shipping, and internal logistics tasks.
• Complete and compare documents to identify discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Handle materials within different temperature environments.
• Handle chemicals with PPE in controlled settings.
• Utilize materials management equipment such as Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and Narrow-Aisle machinery.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis.
• Exhibit professional behavior reflecting company policies.
• Align daily actions with PCI Pharma Services culture.
