Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical cert or degree preferred.
• 2-3 years cGMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Commitment to quality and ALCOA/GMP processes.
• Experience with SAP, MAXIMO, and POMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the line and manage scheduling priorities and daily production expectations.
• Set up, run, blow, clean and clear equipment per BOP/Master batch record.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and in-process quality checks.
• Train colleagues on equipment and processes as a qualified trainer.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and AbbVie behaviors and guidelines.
